The ideal candidate:

• Thrives in a fast-paced, highly creative environment.
• Possesses excellent graphic design skills.
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Has substantial experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., InDesign, PhotoShop, and Illustrator) and Microsoft 365 (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). 

Knowledge of image management systems (e.g., OpenAsset), social media management platforms (e.g., Zoho), and website CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco) are preferred. The candidate will also have the curiosity and drive to continually improve processes and the ability to consistently meet deadlines and work efficiently in an organized manner on multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Key responsibilities for this marketing role include:

• Preparing proposals in response to RFPs in pursuit of new work.
• Creating materials for interview presentations and other pursuit initiatives. 
• Leading our awards submission program.
• Managing our digital asset management program (OpenAsset). 
• Maintaining our company website (using Umbraco CMS).
• Coordinating social media content creation.
• Coordinating photography shoots.
• Maintaining identity standards.
• Managing production and coordination of print materials and related vendor relationships as needed.
• Assisting with public relations, sponsorship, and advertising efforts.
• Assisting with CRM and marketing database maintenance and reporting (Unanet).

Salary range: $65,000-$75,000
